Warranty

Uilvfo provides a 3-year warranty for all motors, control equipment, and other components from the date of purchase. As long as the original retail buyer owns the product, this warranty applies to them under normal use.

If defects occur during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective item. This warranty is non transferable and only applicable to the original retail purchaser, and covers customized products installed in the ordered and designed original windows.

Warranty Coverage

Limited Lifetime Warranty Applies When:

Shipping damage is reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Manufacturing or workmanship defects occur in fabrics, motorization systems, or accessories (with proper installation and use per manual).

Shipping Damage Protocol:

If product arrives damaged:

Photograph packaging immediately
Contact us within 30 days of receipt

We will, at our discretion:

Replace damaged product
Refund the purchase price of the product

*Important: Retain all packaging materials until instructed otherwise

Manufacturing Defects Resolution:

During warranty period, for verified defects we may:

Replace product
Issue refund

Non-Covered Circumstances

Normal Wear & Tear:

Plastic components may discolor/degrade
Natural material variations (wood grain, color shifts)
Fabric fading over time
Wood warping in high-humidity environments
Exclusions:
Improper installation/use
Unauthorized modifications
Salt air exposure
Accidental damage
Pet/child/insect damage
Natural disasters

Enhanced Motor Protection Plan

Uilvffo products include a standard 3-year limited warranty on motors, controls, and components, backed by lifetime technical support.

For extended protection, customers may purchase our Extended Motor Service at the time of initial order to prolong coverage for motors and control systems.
