Uilvffo Warranty

Overview

Uilvffo provides a 3-year warranty for all motors, control equipment, and other components from the date of purchase. As long as the original retail buyer owns the product, this warranty applies to them under normal use.

If defects occur during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective item. This warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original retail purchaser, and covers customized products installed in the ordered and designed original windows.

Warranty Coverage

Limited Lifetime Warranty Applies When:

Shipping Damage

Damage caused during shipping is covered when reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the product and packaging immediately.
  • Contact Uilvffo within 30 calendar days of receipt.
  • Retain all packaging materials until instructed otherwise.

After reviewing the claim, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the damaged product.
  • Refund the purchase price of the product.

Manufacturing or Workmanship Defects

Defects in fabrics, motorization systems, controls, accessories, or other covered components that arise during the 3-year warranty period, provided the product has been properly installed, used, and maintained according to Uilvffo instructions.

Resolution for Covered Defects

For verified defects covered under the warranty, Uilvffo may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective product or component.
  • Issue a refund when appropriate.

Non-Covered Circumstances

Normal Wear & Tear:

  • Plastic components may discolor or degrade.
  • Natural material variations, including wood grain and color shifts.
  • Fabric fading over time.
  • Wood warping in high-humidity environments.

Exclusions:

  • Improper installation or use.
  • Unauthorized modifications.
  • Salt air exposure.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Pet, child, or insect damage.
  • Natural disasters.

Enhanced Motor Protection Plan

Uilvffo products include a standard 3-year limited warranty on motors, controls, and components, backed by lifetime technical support.

For extended protection, customers may purchase our Extended Motor Service at the time of initial order to prolong coverage for motors and control systems.

Note: Extended Motor Service must be purchased at the time of the original order.
