Shipping Policy
We truly value every one of our customers, and our top priority is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Once your purchase is confirmed, we immediately begin customizing your shades to your specifications. Production and packaging typically take 4–6 business days. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Time
We offer free shipping to the US and worldwide via UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3–18 business days, depending on your location.
For US customers ordering fabric samples or select accessories, these items are shipped directly from our US warehouse via Amazon Shipping or UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Note: Please do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided, your order will be shipped via USPS, which generally takes 8–11 business days.

Shipping Confirmation
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you would like to track your order, please click on Track Order for information. Shipping Delays. Shipping times are estimated from the shipping date, not from the order date, and may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.
Cancellation Of Orders
If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel the order for you. We will refund your money in full. But since all orders are custom made, orders cannot be canceled if production has already started.
About Taxes
The price includes the customs fees, duties, and taxes. You'll never have to pay extra at delivery.
Unreceived Items
If you have successfully placed an order, but have not received it when the tracking status shows it has been delivered. You will need to contact the carrier to locate your package, as we have no control over the item once it is bagged.
