The full cost of your sample order will be refunded when you place a blinds order. To receive your refund, please place your shade order within 30 days of your sample purchase and include your sample order ID in the “Special Instructions” section at checkout.

Production & Shipping
Each shade is custom-made to your exact specifications and typically ships within 3–5 business days of your order. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for delivery.

We provide 3-Year Warranty on motors, remotes and a long-term complimentary technical support.
If there are any issues with parts or components during this period, we’ll send you brand-new replacement.
