Best price we found for a motorized blind in the size we needed (70" x 35"). Great blackout and insulating qualities that are simple to operate. Big upgrade over the plastic blinds that were in the house when we bought it. We got the bigger remote so we can add more blinds to the room. There is a clicking sound when the blind goes down but relatively quiet when it goes up. Use daily and charge is still good after 30+ days. Overall pleased with the purchase and will be buying a longer length blind for another window as soon as our budget allows. More after that.

After first ordering samples, I purchased the light filtering version of these motorized shades. Shipping was very fast, and they were very easy to install and program. Any questions I had were immediately answered by the seller. I would definitely buy from the seller again for future needs.

Customer service was extremely helpful. These shades work great and look awesome. For a 102 in shades, the price was a good value. Very easy installation.

These blinds are terrific!! They were very easy to stall. Quietly and smoothly go up and down. Can be stopped wherever you want. I haven't attempted any of the customizable functions yet, was just to happy to get them on my window. The color is exactly as I had expected and needed.One caution - if you were thinking on solar for battery charging make certain your windows will accommodate the panel. I have crank out windows, so was not able to use the panel.The seller is the very, very best. So easy to work and responds immediately.Don't pass these by.

Company stands behind their product. They assist in setting the shades up if needed, even sending video instructions. Very helpful and replaced defective product

I just received this yesterday. It took about 10 days to receive which is actually quick for a motorized large custom sized shade. The package was complete the kit was assembled well and the instructions were good. I installed it in about 30 minutes. I liked the solar panel and the motor is also very quiet.

Best purchase ever. I have them in 3 windows and love that I no longer have to pull down shades with my bad shoulders. And customer service was above and beyond! They were wonderful!!

This shade was shockingly simple to install. It probably took my husband and I 20 minutes from start to finish and is a huge upgrade to what we had previously.

Alexa does not recognize it. Other than we love them!

Fit perfectly. It works well. I first had some trouble getting it to work properly but customer service was very helpful.

Received the blind the other day and mount it on the window then proceed by using the provided remote to verify the Up/Down operation and the blind did not move. Started to read the provided instructions and noticed that there is a On/Off switch on the battery that must be turned on before the operation, this note was on a small print that can hardly be seen with naked eye I had to use a magnifier to read it so I had to take gown the blind and turn the switch on and mount it again, still no movement when using the remote, send an e-mail to the manufacture for help while waiting for response I took down the blind and start checking the connections from the battery to the motor and found that one of the connectors was disconnected. After correcting the connection the blind started to operate.

The instructions that came with the shade were confusing. The graphic indicated that the shade had markers on the top of where to place the mounts, but the shade itself did not have these indications. That aside, my husband mounted it using common sense with the brackets spaced equally apart. That being said, we are very happy with our purchase. I gave my window measurements and it fits perfectly. Also, it glides up and down easily and smooth. The remote works flawlessly and came with batteries. I would definitely recommend this product.

have been installed for a couple of months and it works great; measurement was spot on; remote is easy to use; battery powered once and have not had to recharge even when using most every day; easy install. Highly recommend.

I purchased two sets of the light filtering blinds. Installation was straightforward. However I had difficulty setting them up initially. First, I didn’t know how to open the remote to install the battery (!). Second, one of the remotes was defective. Seller responded to my questions quickly and offered workable solutions.Note: you need a hub to be able to control these blinds via a phone or use with home automation like google home and Amazon Alexa. Otherwise remote control is the only way to control.I already had a Bond hub so I didn’t purchase their hub, thinking Bond should work with these blinds. The seller wasn’t sure if this is the case.I can happily report that the Bond hub works with these blinds/remotes. My blinds are now connected to Alexa via Bond and I can open or close them with a voice command and set up routines like scheduled open/close.The native Tuya app is very confusing and appears it can only support one phone, i.e. if you and your family member can’t both manage blinds from different phones. This is quite frustrating. I wish there is clear information about what the app can do somewhere.The blind operation itself is quiet and smooth. Overall I’m happy enough with the purchase. The next test would be the durability. Will report back if any issue arises.Edit: added a video

The shade came exactly as described. Easy to install and the customer service is great. I needed to contact them and they answered me within a half an hour!One thing to note: The header is white on both sides.I am ordering these shades for other windows in my home.

I am looking to get some cellular shades for my house. This sample pack of fabric samples came very well organized in its own folder with the names of each fabric that went with the fabric sample. This will make ordering the cellular shades easier and gave me a very good impression of the company.
